Infant Program in Natick, MA

Age Group: 3 months - 15 months

At Natick Children's House in Natick, MA, we understand that the first few years of life are a time of extremely rapid physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. During this period, babies learn about the world through their senses and bodily motor activities. They develop close bonds with special adults and begin to control more and more aspects of their behavior.

Infants are born curious, always seeking information about their world.

At Natick Children's House, planning for infants does not necessarily involve structured “lessons,” but rather creating opportunities for experiences in a safe and nurturing environment. Our teachers organize materials for the room while considering each child’s individual differences.

Our planning process is based on observations of the children, focusing on their interests, talents, new skills, and reactions to materials.

We believe that every infant has his or her own unique schedule, and we respect that in our daily routines.
